At the core of every successful business deal is relationships and Rik strongly believes in creating and nurturing those alliances. He brings to Crystal Kitchens outstanding ties to the design community. As a marketing and communications specialist, Rik has worked with top interior designers, builders, architects and showrooms across the Twin Cities and owned his own marketing company for many years.

Rik is responsible for connecting and strengthening Crystal Kitchens ties to the press, professional associations, design events and seminars as well as networking and marketing for new business leads.

A graduate of Moorhead State University, Rik grew up in western in North Dakota. He is a dog lover and owns a Jack Russell terrier named Ethel.
