2. Cabinetry and Counter top Install
X• Work with CKC’s design and project management team
X• Design space and prepare architectural drawings
X• Select products being purchased from CKC
X• Finalize budget of items purchased from CKC
X• Cabinet and counter top installation by professional subcontractors
X• Communication and written change orders
X• Coordination of cabinet and counter top installation
X• Punch list reviewed and completed

3. Cabinetry and Design Retainer
X• Work with CKC’s designer
X• Design space and prepare drawings
X• Select cabinetry (additional design consultation available at an hourly rate)
X• Finalize budget

When CKC is contracted to do the entire remodel, we can provide: countertops, appliances, plumbing fixtures, tile, and light fixtures.
