Designers, project managers, and craftspeople who have spent careers getting the details right.

Amber brings twenty years in kitchen and bath design and construction, four of them at CKB. She likes the challenge of making a space work harder, and designing rooms that reflect a client's personality alongside their needs and budget. A Stillwater native with a soft spot for old houses and their quirks, she describes her own style as timeless with a twist. Outside work you will find her crafting, fishing, or grilling on her patio.

Tammy has 33 years in interior and kitchen and bath design, across both new construction and remodeling in the Twin Cities. She holds a degree in interior design from Minnesota State University-Mankato, has been a Certified Kitchen Designer since 2002, and has won several NKBA MN Chapter awards plus four Trillium Awards from Housing First MN. She treats each space as an empty canvas and takes real pleasure in guiding clients through space planning and material selection. Away from work she gardens, cooks and bakes, and spends time with her dogs Tucker and Sieger.

Gretchen pairs roughly twenty years in mechanical design with the last eight focused on kitchen and bath. She works closely with clients to find the solution that genuinely fits, and says seeing their reaction at the end is the most rewarding part. Her taste leans clean, simple, and considered rather than traditional or extravagant. At home there is a daughter, three Tortie cats, a jungle of houseplants, and a perennial garden.

Paul brings nearly a decade in kitchen and bath and more than fifteen years in customer service, and approaches every project as if it were his own. He works to understand not just what a client wants but what they need, while bringing ideas they had not yet considered. His own style blends current trends with older traditions, from ultra-modern high gloss and sharp lines to Victorian pattern and jewel tones. Outside work he hikes Midwest state and national parks, gardens, and takes his two dachshunds, Camille and Ellie, to the dog park.

Lisa has managed construction projects since 2013, and grew up in a family-owned construction business, so the industry has been familiar since childhood. That combination of hands-on background and formal expertise lets her run projects from inception through completion while holding timelines, budgets, and quality standards. She lives in the West Metro with her husband and family.

Haley is training as a Project Manager after a year and a half as a subcontractor and carpenter with CKB, backed by six years as a handyperson and carpenter. She is drawn to the transformation itself: a space taken back to studs and subfloor, then rebuilt into something new. Her taste runs modern and minimalist, with strong contrast, clean lines, and warm organic materials like wood. Off the clock she is a basketball fan, on the court or cheering for the Lynx and Timberwolves.
