Every project begins with a conversation. Meet with one of our designers in the showroom to share your ideas, discuss your priorities and establish a preliminary budget. Bring photos, measurements or inspiration, and we’ll begin to understand how you want your space to look, feel and function.
Once we understand the direction, we visit your home to study the space firsthand. We take detailed measurements and develop preliminary plans and conceptual drawings, then meet with you throughout the design process to refine the layout, explore selections and shape the scope of the project.
As the design comes together, your designer, project manager and trusted trade partners review the project as a whole. We develop the construction drawings, finalize product selections and establish the project cost, bringing every detail into alignment before construction begins.
With the plans complete, we finalize your agreement and collect the 50% down payment. From there, we coordinate material orders, establish the construction schedule and obtain the necessary permits, creating a clear path from design to construction.
Our licensed, bonded and insured craftsmen bring the design to life, while your project manager oversees the details behind the scenes. Scheduling, coordination, supervision and technical review continue throughout construction, with regular communication and written change orders whenever adjustments are needed. A second payment of 40% is collected during this phase.
The final stage is about making sure the finished space feels complete in every way. We conduct final inspections, review and complete the punch list, and provide product care, maintenance information and lien waivers. Once the work is complete, the final payment is due, followed by professional photography of your finished space. And while the project may be complete, we remain here when you need us.
